Doron Installs 100th Law Enforcement Driving Simulation System in Connecticut.

Donald Wenzinger, President, Doron Precision Systems, Inc. announced separate sales of 450LE fully-interactive driver training systems to the Connecticut State Police and Capital Region Chiefs of Police Association. The state police installation represents Dorons 100th Law Enforcement driving simulation system sale.
The Connecticut State Police purchased a two-place 450LE system. The 450LE system will allow for individual training or coordinated training between two drivers as might be used in a pursuit situation. The system is installed in a state police training facility in Meriden, Connecticut. Eight instructors will oversee a program that will train all new recruits plus provide in-service training for existing personnel. All 1,248 state troopers will receive training on the new system.
The Connecticut Chiefs of Police Association purchased a single place 450LE system to train as many as 2,700 law enforcement personnel representing 35 law enforcement agencies within the region. The system is installed in Newington, Connecticut and will include a full training curriculum for local, county and city police officers.
