Doron AMOS Driving Simulator to train local Broome County Area
Law Enforcement Officers.

Binghamton, NY, November 2002

Doron Precision Systems, Inc. announced today the delivery and installation of a 3 Position AMOS™ driver training simulator system with situation display to the Broome County Sheriff’s department. The AMOS™ System is a fully interactive driving simulator system designed to provide a dynamic training environment for a wide variety of police and emergency agencies. The system also enables focus on appropriate tactics and procedures in emergency or mutual-aid situations.

The simulator training experience works in concert with on-course driver training programs. Training maneuvers can be practiced safely in the AMOS before transitioning to a road course. Multiple operator units can also be linked with the Instructor/Dispatch station.
