Doron Bus Simulation System Demo in Conjunction with APTA Bus Conference.
Binghamton, NY, October 1999

Doron Bus Simulation System Demo in Conjunction with APTA Bus Conference The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority's Development and Training department offered demonstrations of the Doron bus simulator system in conjunction with the APTA Bus Conference in Cleveland on Tuesday, May 4th, 1999, from 2 to 5 PM.

The Doron bus driving simulator creates an environment that virtually duplicates the feel of driving a real bus. The replica bus cab provides controls that are found in a standard bus. Using the simulator, scenarios that would be difficult or dangerous to train for in a real bus are easily and safely practiced. Instructors are able to program simulations that continuously vary road and weather conditions to prepare students to properly respond to changing conditions.
